The package is delivered without signature. In case of absence and mailbox unavailable, the postman usually deposits the package with a neighbor or in the nearest post office. You are notified of this by means of a delivery notice.


You have 15 days to collect the package. If you do not collect the package within 15 days, the package is automatically returned to us.


A parcel number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel is dispatched so that you can follow its delivery, which can be found in the order details in your account.

Colissimo Collection point (72h)

When ordering, remember to select the desired pick-up point.

Once the order has been validated, you will receive an e-mail and/or an SMS as soon as your package arrives at the Pickup Station locker.

The delivery of your parcel at a Colissimo Collection Point is done on presentation of your identity document.

You have a limited time to collect your parcel (10 days at the post office, 3 days at the locker). After this time, your package will be returned to us.

Payment methods

The total amount of your order will correspond to the purchase price of the products, delivery costs included.

The payment of purchases is made with the secure payment solution Paypal. You can pay for your purchases with Carte Bleu, Visa and Mastercard bank cards.


You must provide your bank details when ordering. You also confirm that the credit card you are using is yours.


All credit card holders are subject to a validation and authorization check carried out by the issuing body. If this organization refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order. In such a case, we will not be liable for any delay or refusal of delivery and will not be required to inform you of the reason for this refusal. We are not responsible for any charges that
are charged by your issuing body or your bank, when paying by credit card for your order.
